Country singer/songwriter Jeni Carr has a HOT new fire, and the flames are quickly spreading! Her dedication and professionalism have made her a well known and respected name throughout the region for nearly 20 years. Jeni ‘s flexibility as an entertainer allows her to quickly take you from one extreme emotion to another. From the sweet summer sounds of ‘My Own Backyard’ to the haunting truth wrapped throughout the verses of ‘Dark and Lonely Place’ her original music takes you on a heartfelt journey through the experiences of life. Her experience in many different venues lets her connect with people of all types on many different levels. Jeni’s first performance of ‘The Star Spangled Banner’ was in 1989, since then, her inspiring rendition of our National Anthem has kicked off sporting events of all types across the area and has caused a tear of patriotism in the hardest of hearts. She moved to Nashville where she started recording in 1992, then began fronting full production band performances in 1994. Over the years, Jeni’s kickin’ stage show has been rocking clubs, festivals, fairs and celebration events throughout the mid-eastern states. Her experiences on the road and in life inspired the song ‘Famous By Now’ which was featured on CMT’s® Music City Madness® and was chosen as a national finalist in the undiscovered songwriters competition. Jeni continues to win new friends and fans at each and every performance. Their support has helped her reach an understanding of her music that resonates straight to the soul of all who hear.
